About

I'm an interdisciplinary artist, photographer, and creative with a passion for capturing the world through both artistic and technical perspectives.

My journey behind the camera began in early 2017 during a period of major life changes. Looking for a distraction, I picked up a camera and started wandering my college campus in the Midwest, photographing anything that caught my eye. What began as a way to pass the time quickly turned into an obsession. Countless hours of YouTube tutorials, experimentation, and an unhealthy amount of gear research followed.

I've always considered myself more technically minded than artistic, but photography became the place where those two worlds came together. I gravitated toward landscapes, drawn to remote mountains, vast deserts, and dense forests. Plus, mountains and deserts don't complain.

Today, my work takes me across the globe, documenting the natural and human-made beauty of our world. While my personal work remains rooted in landscape and fine art photography, I've expanded my creative practice to include commercial photography, videography, and aerial imaging.

Outside of photography, my interests are just as varied. I'm a pilot and flight instructor, sharing my love of aviation with the next generation of aviators. I'm also involved in the underground music and arts community, where I help organize and produce small, independent music festivals that bring together music, art, and immersive experiences in some unconventional places.

Whether I'm behind a camera, in the cockpit, or helping bring a music festival to life in the middle of the desert, I'm driven by the same curiosity, love of exploration, and desire to create something memorable with the people I care about.
